This can be a difficult decision as requirements
are often for a good quality carpet, very hard wearing,
stain proof and inexpensive! The good news is that
there are a number of carpets that fit this description.
However it is important to bear in mind that you,
the customer, are not living in the property with the
carpet, and that you should consider this fact when
making your choice. It may not be the carpet that you
would choose for your home, but bear in mind that it
is unlikely that your rental property carpet will receive
the same level of care and attention as your own!
